  Always. Not sometimes not a couple times but every single time I have used Mocksville North Carolina Walmart Pharmacy to get prescriptions filled they have been inconsistent and blatantly lied about the time for pickup. They will not admit their mistakes. They have given me the wrong medication not once but twice. Not the same medication or different milligram but a completely different medication that could have caused serious illness or death if taken. They are rude especially the blonde pharmacist they keep forgetting that we are the customers we bring the business there just show a little bit of dignity and respect. It would go a long ways and I'm sure you would have triple the customers if you would have done so. Definitely never again. An ex-patient a patient that will tell every body and soul never to give them their business.
